The Faster Than Light (FTL) Foundation is motivated by the memory of Ameya “Chiku” Kelkar, a truly special boy. Ameya was a joyful, vibrant, and inquisitive child, and had a great sense of humor. He made friends easily and brightened the lives of everyone around him with his playful nature and brilliance.

At a young age, Ameya displayed remarkable qualities that suggested he would grow up to be a powerful force for good. Now, in his memory, we strive to continue his potential for positive change in the world.
